- Payment Methods: We accept cash on delivery, cryptocurrencies, Whish Money.
- Preorders:
- Preorders require a minimum deposit of 30%, which is non-refundable unless the item cannot be delivered.
- Delivery times for preorders are estimates and may vary. Prototech is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or suppliers.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Locations: We deliver across Lebanon. Shipping fees may vary based on your location.
- Delivery Timeframes: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding preorders.
- Delayed or Failed Delivery: If your order is delayed or cannot be delivered, we will contact you to provide updates and offer solutions.
4. Refund Policy
At Prototech, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only offered for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refunds. Preorder deposits are non-refundable unless Prototech is unable to fulfill the order.
- Refund Process:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the item (if applicable).
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and in unused condition.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by our support team.
6. Warranty

Warranty covers:

-Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use.
-Covers any broken components under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:
-Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

-Damage caused by natural disaster.
-Damage caused by power surge due to electrical problems.
-Theft or loss of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Prototech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lebanese courts.
