Geared to support gamers and high-end enthusiasts in their battle against excess heat, the GunMet Orb features 140 crotched fins – shaped like tree branches in profile – radially arrayed around an 80mm 1800RPM fan.

The GunMet Orb brings quiet cooling to both Intel Socket LGA775 processors and AMD Socket AM2 and AM2+ CPUs. Intel Core 2 Quad, -Extreme, and –Duo processors are supported as are Pentium D, Pentium 4 and Celeron D systems. Athlon 64, -X2 and FX chips along with Sempron CPUs can also benefit from the cooling caress of the GunMet Orb.
